Outcome Assessment: Bulletproof Documentation Strategies in the Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Practice

This course is designed to offer the healthcare provider (HCP) methods of tracking patient progress by the use of practical, peer-reviewed, evidence-based approaches. The use of outcomes assessment tools of both subjective (patient-driven), and objective (provider-driven) methods will be included, which will provide the HCP with "bulletproof "methods of assessing the patient initially, concurrently, and retrospectively. This will allow the HCP to be able to effectively communicate with patients, insurers, and colleagues about the patients’ present and future needed management strategies. It offers a method of assessing the patients’ function, not just pain, and emphasizes the transition from passive care to active, patient-centered care. If you're looking for a means for determining what your patient individually FUNCTIONALLY needs, and a method of correcting kinetic pathology, as well as a means for tracking progress, this course is for you! The big seven common requirements that guidelines published around the world emphasize in the management of low back pain, and how this is accomplished by the approach will covered in this course.
